How to give a user manager rights?

Within LeaveBoard, a user who supervises direct reports (usually above them in the organizational hierarchy) automatically gets manager access.

How to become an approver for new employees?

Just ask the HR leader who invited you to the platform to assign you as an approver, for your new direct reports from Employees > New employee > Profile.

Where can I see your direct reports?

From My account > Profile, you can see the employees you will have to approve the leave requests submitted by them.
