For each employee, you have six tabs with data that you can record and review: Profile, Leaves, Calendar, Time off, Personal details, and Allowances.
Let's go through each one of them:
There are moments when you would have to correct one typo, update an employee's position, change the name, email, timezone, approver, team, office, working days, or access level. Also, from this page, you can review if a manager has allocated the correct direct reports.
To make any of these edits, follow these steps:
On this page, you have a perspective of all the leave of absence requests added by the employee. If it's needed, you can delete/cancel leave requests that have been added by mistake.
The calendar tab provides a calendar perspective of all the submitted time-off, including public holidays, with weekends highlighted.
On this page, you will be able to see all the allowances of the employee. The time off balance info is the same as what the user sees on their employee portal after logging. Note that if you want to see all the allowances for all the employees, head to Reports > Annual situation.
If you want to track birthdays, the employee age, you can provide the employee's date of birth here. Additionally, on this page, you can add emergency contacts and a personal phone number.
You can customize yearly employee leave allowances on this tab and adjust this year's number of available days.
