HR dashboard

The LeaveBoard management software is your digital HR control panel. The HR system aggregates the core data and controls to simplify the time-off management in your company.

Depending on your access level: employee, manager, supervisor or administrator, your dashboard will offer more or fewer modules.

Here is what you can expect as a user:

  1. Booking time off.
  2. Balance card - showcasing your allowances.
  3. Upcoming time off.
  4. Upcoming public holidays.
  5. Who is off today - the vacation calendar.
  6. Leaves to be approved.

Managers see the six cards mentioned above plus the card with the leave request that needs the manager's decision.

Administrators and supervisors get the same options as managers, plus next birthdays and work anniversaries. Moreover, they can access all the system's HR management dashboards - i.e., workforce analytics, leave of absence analysis, the employee management dashboard.
