The Company tab is practically the control panel of your HR system. From this section, you can configure the following areas of your account:

1. Subscription
Regarding the Subscription, LeaveBoard is simple for all:
Braintree by Paypal powers the secure payment technology.
Once the payment has been made, your invoice will be automatically added to the Subscription tab.
Note: LeaveBoard accepts only Mastercard and Visa cards.
2. Leave types
In this area, you can customize the existing leave policies, and add new types of time-off.
3. Settings
The Company settings tab facilitates to setup the following details:
Note: By activating the subsidiaries option, within the employee database and the HR reports you will have the opportunity to filter also for the needed subsidiary.
4. Permissions
Customize the visibility and restrict the level of access for managers and employees using the permission settings.
5. Notifications
If you want to trigger additional email alerts for various employee leave requests, configure your notifications.
FAQ
How can I change the working days, or the working hours at company level?By default, our system works on a five-day working schedule Monday-Friday or Saturday-Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, meaning eight working hours per day, 40h per week. If you want to change the working schedule, go to Company > Settings > Working schedule > Modify as you wish > Save. When you invite the next employee, it will have the settings configured. For existing employees, you need to modify their settings one by one.
Note: we recommend making such changes when you setup your account. If you have already invited employees to your account, you need to make these changes from their employee profile.
We've automated our account recycling policy. Since there is no reason to hold personal data from inactive LeavBoard accounts, and to maintain security, limit data retention, and protect the privacy of our users, inactive accounts are generally deleted after 6 months of inactivity. Inactivity means the user hasn’t logged, added any leave requests, during that time.
If you made an error with your company's name when registering, or the company name has changed, send us an email with the new name of your business, and we will update it.
