Our small team work with some of the newest array of technologies from Node.js for real-time notifications, to Elastic search for search. We are just at the beginning, however, the stack goes from backend services, real-time dispatch, mobile, web development, data and analytics, machine learning, infrastructure, and marketing systems.

What we are looking for:

Qualifications:

• Academic, preferably technical background
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
• Preferably Java and SQL knowledge
• UI development experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and similar technologies
• Bucharest-based

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop, design, implement, test, monitor and support new functionality to the platform
• Work in partnership with the Product team to produce high quality, specific requirements
• Work directly with customers to tackle bugs and answer tricky support questions
• Find new ways to give customers meaningful data about their recruiting needs
• Work together, review code and be open to feedback, because winning is more important than ego
